• Served as primary contact for over 50 Capstone student projects portfolio, mentoring groups of students to produce project deliverables using the PMI framework in a service-learning environment.
• Identified projects scope of work through Riipen or personal network
• Implemented a robust framework to outsource advisors and other resources required to execute the Capstone projects
• Collaborated with other instructors to identify best practices
• Implemented a culture of transparency, collaboration and accountability for the project work within the project teams and Clients.
